    Can't stand the rat faced prick, I'm surprised he hasn't mentioned being hard done by when he was Sheff United manager.

    As for his comment about Traore, what a cock. Shows a total lack of man management to me, I'm sure Traore felt bad enough about being sent of. He doesn't need his manager sticking into him FFS.

    Not really, different players need different methods of motivation. Soem need to be told a few home truths (I know I preferred it and reacted better to it) Part and parcel of professional sport management. If you put an arm round some players shoulder, they'll rip the piss out of you. Some react well to being bollocked pubically. Only time can tell whether he was right to do it and knew his player. If the player takes a huff, dips in form or wants to leave, he's wrong. If the player decides to take it on the chin, stick it up him and his performance improves, Warnock is right. We'll have to wait and see.

    even if he's right he should keep the issue 100% internal can see the relationship being frosty from now on and no doubt he's knocked the lads confidence, and considering he's a youngish player its probably a stupid move by warnock to isolate his 1st choice lb in such a way...

    He was right though, already on a yellow and makes a challenge like that, in that area of the pitch. I assume you've seen the challenge. So what if he's young, a 10 year old would know not to make that kind of challenge in that part of the pitch when he's already been booked. Stupid.

    If the lad ups his performance and reacts well he is right, simple as that. Only time will tell. There is no script for how to manage players, they're all different. Some need a kick up the arse and he clearly felt Traore will benefit from it. He knows better than any of us what kind of character he is.
