We’ll be alright with McCann in charge, we won’t touch the ball or get anywhere near the opposition for 90 minutes!
La Liga can resume from 8th June the Spanish PM has announced. https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/52783201
Ehab has been busy on the keyboard again... https://www.telegraph.co.uk/footbal...ty-reiterates-opposition-championship-second/
Leeds fan, from Peterborough, visiting other team’s forums to have a little cry about a letter - making you a laughing stock.
so? They’re internationally recognised as a set of ****s, whatever they say, we feel the opposite. I don’t think a Leeds fan should get into a pissing contest about owners, to be fair, given the garbage you’ve had.
It pains me to say it but I'm on Ehab's side on this one. I know his reasons are probably (certainly) influenced by the chance of relegation but we shouldn't be rushing to restart football. It's not necessary. Health over wealth.
Crying? On the contrary. As always, our thoughtful owners have considered the implications of a return to playing a contact sport during these troubling times. Their past record is proven, they have always placed the well being of the players, the staff and most importantly, the supporters first and foremost during their tenure here. In fact they were so far ahead, dare I say, prophetic, when arranging social distancing by the means of stand changes, even to the extent of closing seating areas. The introduction of a membership scheme was inspired. The agreement, granted only a few pages shorter than War and Peace, was thorough to say the least. A specific clause allowed access to the members medical records. Another the place of birth and even conception, to prevent infiltration by outsiders. Perhaps your mother put Waterhouse Lane as place of conception, this would be fine, but you see it is the Leeds bit that would see you black-balled. Is it bitterness for being refused a membership here that is the cause of your angst? And the sad acceptance you would have to support a lesser team? So far ahead of this virus, they removed access to sports halls from the general public. How can such magnanimous individuals be the subject of ridicule from one who has not seen their mighty works up close and at first hand?
The season should be voided so we don't go down and Leeds don't go up. I'm not sugar coating it with any Corona bollocks. I'd say the same during any season given the two teams relative positions. And our laughable form. Oh, and McCann out. He's utter bab.
You won’t get me supporting our owners, and I’m not sure why you came here in the first place. Doesn’t make it any less amusing if by some quirk of fate you didn’t get promoted, again.
We may fail on the pitch if the season restarts, time will tell. What I do know, is our club wants to restart and won't be sending out two embarrassing letters to the league administrators and other championship clubs. As for our respective places, we'll either be one to two divisions above you next season. There's a thought.
