Get rid of Bamford and Casilla. Neither good enough at Championship level nevermind anywhere above.

Keep the rest. They are all trained and submerged in the Bielsa method and we will need a good amount of continuation. Just add one or two with a bit more quality and we would be set for a great season where ever that may be.

Afternoon all. I’d sell Paddy, Douglas & Casilla, keeping Bill and Coops till the end of the year to see where we are and cash in then if we’re doing ok but they haven’t shone.

Problem is, if they haven’t shone, that’s half our back line, so we likely won’t be doing ok.

I think Forshaw is capable of stepping up.

 

If Phillips were sold for 55m, who we could buy

And 6m towards a not606 party

 

I've no problem with improving the team but not with loanees we have little or no chance of signing.

For those wanting to sell Costa for 12m. Can I point out he’s not actually ours yet. We’re committed to buy at the end of the season for 15m so you’re saying sell immediately at a 3 million pound loss?

 

I think the championship will restart but it’s true that there’s not as much info being reported about it whereas it’s wall to wall coverage of the premier league.

We are buying costa over 3 years. We've paid his loan which was around 2m, plus 4.something as the first installment

So why wouldn’t the buying club be doing the same? They’re not going to pay all the money upfront. I’m no business man but I’m fairly sure buying at price and selling at loss made many people billionaires.

 

On his form for Leeds Costa is nowhere near a £12 million pound player.
