You may not know Tariq Ali, but Starmer and the media know him and the 3 other Labour MPs who broke the rules.
I, like you, detest Cummings but it's the sheer hypocrisy of Starmer and co that gets me.

ANARCHY … spent a few moments [ about 90 of them ] going through regional beauty spot areas and 2m rule … it hardly exists !!!!! [ today went to keynsham and park, it was full of groups of youngsters 10 to 15's in number ] but back to resorts Devon and Cornwall … "blitzed" how can someone from 240 miles away be on the beach at 2100hrs? and within rules … bet his family had wished he wasnt as they are now in the process of arranging a funeral!!! 1 small resort reports having to pick up over 2 tonnes of waste products including baby nappies and clearing excrement from walkways! same in NE and NW >>>> there are no public toilets open thickos <<<<< peak district dales lakes all report similar … people do not care a fl**k …. dog poo bags, nappies tins and plastic bottles all hazards as is disposable BBQ' s, dozens left. Vast swathes of the new forest gone as is areas around wareham and canford risk to animals flora and fauna and HUMANS the upclose result of the last canford heath fire [ heath comes right into the built up area ] dozens of dead mammals and birds [ fly to avoid the flames but then get disorientated in the smoke ]
I am 100% behind the .gov was 150% a Boris supporter … but as I always say wider picture and take in the facts before knee jerk … at the moment I am in limbo with BORIS …..
THREE THINGS GNAW AT MY REASONING...………..
The journalist that said " are you afraid to sack him because he is the only one that has the savvy for you or the .gov you cant survive without him????
What does Cummings hold over Boris/ .gov that makes him untouchable
A highly educated [legally] QC has told Boris the case around DC leaks like a sieve and he should go [ he is just one of more than 2 to be saying the same thing ]

My own PERSONAL OPINION is he has fabricated a story that fits in with what is known there is a lot of " errors" in how he has put things together and a lot of I "thinkso / I don't remember/ cant recall such a life threatening experience will have you remembering almost every detail … and bearing in mind his job and being blessed with a mind that has to remember extremely well … it sucks. come on the peeps of Barnard Castle check your cctv most lasts for about 2 months before overwrite …. nail him

there appears to be conflicting reports of this incident one says he ids from TORQUAY this one from high Wycombe

In a statement this morning, a spokesman for Devon and Cornwall Police said: "A 22-year-old man died after being pulled from the sea at Teignmouth last night," a spokesperson for the force said.
"The man was operating a jet ski out at sea when he got into difficulty. He was rescued from the water by the RNLI who notified police around 9.40pm.
"Ambulance also attended and carried out CPR on the man. He was taken to Torbay District Hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.
"The man was from High Wycombe. His next of kin has been informed.
"The death is not being treated as suspicious and police are preparing a file for HM Coroner."

A friend who has a boat moored near Weymouth states the request / rule/law is boats and similar items of water sport odds and sods should not be used in the sea do to accidents or breakdowns or emergency

PM aide Dominic Cummings' trip to Barnard Castle "might have been a minor breach" of lockdown rules, Durham Police has said.
But the force said no retrospective action would be taken against the PM's chief adviser.

Well of course the first MP with kippers caught in the grill was Stephen Kinnock who traveled 150 miles to sing happy birthday to his father, with people unable to say goodbye to dying loved ones is that a necessary journey? and to add a footnote please recall the local police chief admonished him but his hypocrite leader has not, also Kinnock's sister around about the same time traveled from Cumbria to her fathers to deliver a cake, a lamb curry and a crumble again is that a necessary journey?

SIR Keir has just been on the News.

If he'd been PM he'd have sacked Cummings.
WTF doesn't someone from the BBC ask him why he hasn't sacked his FOUR Labour MPs.
    He's a Wolf in sheep's clothing.

Better than being a sheep in sheeps clothing or a Wolf in Wolfs clothing <laugh><laugh>
Starmer is way too smooth and calculating for my liking.

Forget his screw up over Saville and then his over compensating 'believe any nutter' making blatantly false allegations and pursuing innocent people in a very public and cruel way.

What is even more unforgivable was he put huge obstacles in the way of investigating Asian grooming gangs, trying to force police forces to bury such enquiries for fear of a backlash. Even to the extent that he told prosecuter's and police in the north west that the first young victim brave enough to speak out against her abusers was an 'unreliable witness' even though they had DNA evidence that the leader of the gang had fathered an aborted child whilst the poor girl was 13 years old, it is a wonder any victims came forward after his intervention, it is a national disgrace and how does he answer this and the Saville scandal and the vigilante aftermath?, yep blame the police.

And then to rub salt into the wounds, he put Naz Shah into his shadow government, an MP who had to apologise to parliament for anti semitic tweets, retweeted the infamous "the victims of Rotherham should keep their mouths shut, for the sake of diversity" and recently there has surfaced a photograph of her with a police officer who has been charged with abuse of groomed girls in Bradford.

    Yep another true socialist.

    Weston hospital closes its doors

Forty per cent of staff at a hospital in Weston-super-Mare closed to new admissions because of a spike in
Covid-19 patients have symptoms of the infection, it has been claimed.
A memo leaked to a local newspaper revealed Weston General Hospital, which has around 2,000 staff, warned of a high rate of coronavirus cases among medics.
The trust that runs the hospital has yet to deny the claims, and admitted last night there is an 'emerging picture' of staff with no symptoms testing positive for Covid-19.
These silent carriers of the virus can unknowingly spread the virus to other people, with scientists previously finding up to half of cases are caused by asymptomatic spread.
The hospital suddenly stopped accepting new admissions on Monday, including to A&E, due to a 'high number of Covid-19 patients'.
But causes of the outbreak have been a mystery, with locals blaming tourists crowding the beaches over the past two weeks.

+6 Weston General Hospital, in Weston-super-Mare, that shut to new patients has an 'emerging picture' of staff with no symptoms testing positive for Covid-19"
    • Somerset Live claims it saw a message reportedly sent to NHS staff in the South West region on Sunday, May 24.
The message, shared by an unnamed NHS worker, said testing of staff at Weston General, including workers without any symptoms, has revealed '40 per cent as COVID-19 positive'.
And the newspaper claimed the leaked memo, which the NHS trust has yet to deny is false, said more than 64 patients have tested positive in the hospital, up from 30 patients at the beginning of last week.
The severity of this was confirmed today on ITV local news. NE Somerset Has also been confirmed to have had a doubling of "fatalities in the past month" . this coincides with the first bank holiday!!! [ all other surrounding area's have actually halved ].
this is what we do not want if the invasion of our area is the cause then heaven help CORNWALL & DEVON they have just 3 big hospitals and no nightingale unit ...nearest is Filton area of north Bristol
Already warned if under next phase there are hotspots then lockdown will be implemented ...probably harder than previously …….

Angry residents say 'it's not rocket science' - there has been an outbreak in Weston-super-Mare because crowds are unable to stay socially distanced at the beach. Pictured: The promenade on May 25

Thousands of shoppers have queued for hours to get into Ikea stores after the furniture giant reopened 19 shops in England and Northern Ireland on Monday.
They had been warned that only a limited number of shoppers would be welcomed with only one adult and one child from a household allowed in.
But Ikea was forced to shut car parks at some stores to help ease pressure. There were long queues in Manchester
I don't have many good words for Ikea PRODUCT'S [ idea and thought put in ]seem reasonable but quality varies immensely if you take into consideration VFM! My missus paid £30 for a chopping board a month later out of devilment I bought her an identical one, as a joke saying I had broken the other, she used it for a week and was over the moon with it … didn't mark like the other one ..cost me £10.99 in Salisbury … was made in Vietnam! Lost for words when I produced the IKEA ONE!!!!!!
MY point, we have learned a lesson, a big lesson from COVID -19.. .........…. why buy Chinese, it will cost us dearly. A BRAND OF GHERKINS, sold in supermarkets here in the UK and in 3 different super markets in France product Chine [ china] mealworms and bird seed …. product of China. In a £200 food only shop in Tesco 7 items came from China ….. go into halfords /BM/ BQ/ Home Bargains / primark etc etc more than 60% likely to come from China.
PPE …... 90% OF THE PPE you can buy is made in or a product of China.. the electronic boards ..china ..
DURING THE 90'S the company I worked for used to collect PCB's and semi conductors from a number of companies throughout the SOUTH WEST & WALES [ also other depots did similar from all over the uk ] now its all China none in UK!
India & China vie for PRINTING OUR BOOKS and supply paper.
OK we get it cheap... do we though? ...NO because it is cheap and doesn't last long … do we buy the replacement at another vendor say UK / France / Germany ? for about 10% - 15% more and get a much longer use from it? Maybe the same use as 2 Chinese models... no THATS NO … WE DO NOT LOOK AT THE WIDER PICTURE...…. An item made in China costs £50 it last's maybe 6 -12 months breaks so we replace it, its now still from China but still £50 NOT BAD probably for our £100 we got 18 -24 months from it. HAD WE BEEN clever and bought the same from say a UK manufacturer at 15% more … no lets say 20% more it would have cost us £60 and 2 years later probably still been going strong...
BUT THAT IS NOT THE TRUE BENEFIT.../ ...SAVING....
MADE IN UK.... so a number of people, in a job pay tax NIns and the .gov is able to keep your income tax /NI down as it does not need to pay benefits to these peeps … and it is unlikely to come without hidden extra's like covid 19 or ??????????????

At first, I genuinely thought he would be a breath of fresh air in US and world politics and would be a decent presidential choice over the way too comfortable, disliked/distrusted by many Hilary Clinton.
But over the last year or more, and aside from his reluctance to acknowledge or react to stuff like climate change early on during his presidency, he's shown he's clearly not capable of any rational thought or action that isn't for his own gain, and the latest picture opportunity that has even been condemned by the church for having bystanders teargassed, he's become a total embarrassment.
What was probably going to be a shoe-in for Novembers re-election just a few short months ago could now be under serious threat, if the Democrats and Biden can actually get their act together for once.

the church stayed stum! they stated ..in hindsight [of course ] it should have been left to them! [really?] to say something. they didn't he did, and to be honest the method of a clear route to the church was a bit OTT but the last thing that was needed was the president being physically attacked. The presidents guard / protection squad do not take any prisoners in ensuring he is safe, and the "peaceful demonstration" was far from peaceful and in the crowd were hooded agitators any of whom could be an assassin /opportunist... they now only have the leg to stand on that embroils the method/teargas!
I don't condone the action of either side in this instance … what happened was unlawful justice is being meted out [ or will be ] the officer will serve his time, as will the other 3 [aiding and abetting ] He /they will do most of their time in solitary and when released always be looking over their shoulder.
the minority opportunist left/right wing rioters /looters will profit from their ill gotten gains at the expense of in a lot of cases their own neighbours ….

I would just like to point out two things, firstly innocent until proven guilty (whatever your opinion might be) and secondly and far more importantly this is the good old U S of A where other police officers charged with murder and OJ Simpson have been found not guilty by 12 good men and true.

Watch the **** hit the fan if that happens.
