Forest Ecosystems: Vegetation of the Southern Forests. VIS ID 3858.

The Southern Forests region covers an area of south-eastern New South Wales south of Oberon and Kiama and east of Albury and Boorowa (between longitude 146o 56 and 147o 6 E, and between latitude 33o 2 and 37 o 6 S).
The total area mapped was 3 086 200 hectares.
Terrestrial, wetland, and estuarine vegetation of the Southern Forests region were classified into 206 vegetation groups and mapped at a scale between 1:25 000 and 1:100 000. VIS ID 3858.

3862 was built at Swindon in 1942 and was at first based at Oxford where it was utilised to move essential wartime materials. In October 1947 it was transferred to Pontypool Road where it was based when the railways were nationalised.

Gippsland’s regional city, Latrobe City is a major thoroughfare for people travelling through to East Gippsland with people often stopping for a meal break, a play for the kids or overnight on their way to their destination.

Bakersfield Police seek suspect who threw bottles at officers, vandalized BPD HQ Saturday.

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in identifying a vandalism and assault suspect.

During the protest on Saturday night, May 30, the suspect pictured was seen throwing bottles at officers during the protest, and removed the letter “E” from the front of the police building. The suspect is described as:

A black male, in his mid 20s, has shoulder length braids, and was last seen wearing a black shirt and black long shorts.
