The voucher is just a ten digit code but errors have to be a separate transaction to the code you have
I've fitted a pump to the other fittings. I'll get a thin jacket for the colder months. Looked at cycle bags that attach to the bike but with the water bottle and pump there, there isn't a lot of room left. I've spent quite a lot in the last month but I'll probably look at a cycling top with a pocket at some point
Do you take your phone out with you and if you do - do you have contactless credit card details on it. Don't know if I'm saying that right but you know what I mean where you wave your phone at a machine in a shop to pay for stuff.
Yes I have my phone and I could do that but I don't want to be able to pay using my phone. Sometimes I purposely leave my wallet at home so I can't buy anything (queue pub comments ), I never leave my phone. I have a phone holder on the handle bars. Track what I've done but also for music whilst pedaling. I refuse to put earphones in, need to be able to hear people or cars etc
If she ever throws you out, you've got a home from home with that bike. Just need a blanket pack and you're sorted
If you get a proper jersey you'll get three pockets, maybe even four if it has a zipped valuables pocket as well ... just make sure it's nice and tight There are some great options for transitional and cold weather now, jackets and technical jerseys, since technology, fabrics and materials have come along quickly pretty recently. I bought a Rapha softshell jacket several years ago, it's a top jacket but feels a bit dated now given what's available these days You can get different sized bags that attach to different parts of the bike, top tube, seat post etc Also if you get a mini pump for emergencies out on the road/trail, or CO2 cartridges, it'll just fit in a jersey pocket or saddle bag and free up your other cage attachment, they're pretty cheap. The cost does start to mount up once you start riding frequently and convince yourself you need stuff, some of it you will of course ...
Funnily I was coming down a long steep hill today on my walk and this roadie comes steaming down doing about 60mph or something mad, at the same time there's this, let's say out of shape dad with his two kids on their way up on mtbs, the eldest son is up ahead making pretty light work of it really, the dad is looking close to death in the granny ring spinning out with the youngest kid behind him looking massively annoyed, I don't think we'll get up today was his comment to the youngster I was amused by the coincidence of it all
Bib shorts will solve that problem. In summer it's best if you don't wear a jersey or a base layer with them
I've got a smart little bag that sits underneath the seat, attached to the seat post and underside of the seat. Nice and safe and solid, big enough for phone, cash, bit of food etc............really useful, especially for longer summer rides when you want to travel as light as poss. And yeah, two bottle cages for sure.
I was driving behind one one yesterday... blossoming through. Absolutely fit as fck... but I had that moment - for about 20 seconds, as I drove up to make sure it was a woman.
