why on earth would the prem risk passing it and then pretending it's not ? it could potentially open them up to criticism.

if they pass it and evidence comes out saying it passed weeks before they will get put the ringer.

So to clarify.

Can you please point me in the direction of any tangible evidence that it is done. It could be done yes. That’s just wishful thinking though.

So my exact position on it is as follows. The two parties have agreed a deal. They need the premier league to approve it. And they have not as far as we are aware. So. This means that the takeover is not complete in the public domain. If it has been approved (highly unlikely) and it has not been announced then this is a missed opportunity for the new owners which is just plane dumb given all the coverage on the deal.
