Newmarket,150 no Form to go on ,but mssŕs balďing and johnston have Hit the ground ŕunning in the last few Days,so this might be fought out by their respective horses,Tactical and Eye of Heaven.slight preference is for the former, who might be a Shade more forward, but tight.

An odd looking and tricky card at Newmarket today. I don't really like betting in 5F 2YO races for newcomers simply because a slow start can make it virtually impossible to make up lost ground.

I thought Eye Of Heaven won that well. He was a bit green when asked but got the job done nicely. He should be better next time but Mark Johnston has a habit of letting punters down with these sorts that get a lofty rating first time up and then flop at short odds going forward.

Good luck to anyone backing Magical Land at Evens in the 2.25 Race. That seems a bookies paradise race. Looking at Existent, I am wondering if he is the type of 2YO Gosden would have run at Newbury's Greenham meeting in a normal season. The trainer once said he likes to run a decent early type of 2YO at that meeting but that they would not necessarily be one to progress during the year. Races for future reference really and the notebooks will be out no doubt.

Yes, lots of whispers about it. Murphy wasn't hard on him once the gap closed. Only problem was he did my place money on Vedute.

The other mentioned horse is Light Refrain, who's a Frankel filly. Perhaps she'll go to RA for the Albany though unraced. .

ATR states it was a track record by the winner. No mention in RP. Presumably means 2yo track record as it was slow by 0.54s

Newcastle,3 55 a Very competitive Group 3,and a Very Narrow vote goes to ventura Rebel, who might be even better over 6 f,given his running style.ran a Ali to a neck at ascot last Year,so there shouldnt be too much between them.stable also in Flying Form,so decent shout

I expect a bold show by Brodick at Newcastle now. Upped in trip today there could be some untapped potential.

After a 3rd at yarmouth yesterday and a close second with Tin Hat this afternoon the Johnson Houghton yard could take the last at Newmarket with Givinitsum. Down on a good mark. Was a promising 3rd in march.

Dreadful run folks, drifted like a barge before the off but bizzarely finished one out of the places. Dud performance but keep an eye next time
