Not disputing your assessment of Johnson, but New Zealand, with a grand total of 22 deaths, hasn’t had any policy of wearing face masks for the public. And from what I see the public hasn’t worn them in any numbers.
Why would it be a waste of time? You generally repeat everything else so why change the habit of a lifetime now?
No, but they do wear face masks across much of S.E.Asia where Covid looks to have spread far less so far than in Europe or America. And tests have shown reasonable quality masks reduce the spread of infection. But I'm not of course saying wearing masks is the only way the spead of Covid is restricted, the early lockdown done efficiently in NZ and in other countries obviously helped, the hot, humid climate probably helps too in SE Asia, about the only thing that Boris couldn't have done too much about.
I'm surprised the powers that be who control Boris have let him out for a few days this week. Hes guaranteed to cock up by either, lying, making false promises or just talking complete bollocks. He must be becoming a bit of an embarrassment for them.
I'm also hearing that Sharma tested positive but No.10 wont reveal that as the amount of Mps who would have to self isolate would be huge. If they had refused then the 'world beating' track and trace would have been just as useless as when Cummings broke the rules.
I'm so thankful we have this world beating track and trace system. Its enabled my cousin to watch 3 seasons of the Vikings so far whilst getting paid. Result

A serious question now. Is anyone on here proud of how the government have handled this pandemic? A simple yes or no would suffice but a detailed reasoning welcome.
That should be compulsory from now on, they can march up and down their gardens wearing their silly hats...
