There's a march tomorrow in Aberdare, it's a hotbed of racial tension. They are going to have to get hold of the one black lad in town and put him up the front or it's going to look like a white supremacist march.

Never saw a black lad in Wales. I reckon half of Aberdare is gonna recoil in fear when the poor fella is marched out.

Just looking at the indoor memorial sevice for George Floyd in North Carolina - considering BME are most affected by the coronavirus, and some people in the congregation are of a certain age, as well has a certain weight, this don't bode well for their future health. Fair few masks, but not all, and not all correctly fitted. Especially as it was a previous church service congregation that was wiped out at the beginning of this virus.

 

Problem is those type of congregations are very vocal and energetic, which means more droplets will be expelled if any of them have the virus. Quite a few people fanning themselves, so I will guess high humidity as well.

 

I’m personally more disgusted by the actions that have taken place in protest of a serial criminal dying. The cenotaph has been vandalised and defaced in protest at a drugged up serial criminal that had previously done armed robbery on a white pregnant woman. **** him.

Read a stat today that 3.5% of the black male community are responsible for 50% of all murders in the USA. That’s ****ing mental if true.

 

less money equals tougher environment .. people regardless of colour are all products of their environment.... tougher environment leads to more crime

 

I don't think anything or anyone matters

 

I get that mate. But the black community make up less than 20% of the population. It’s men between 16-40 that are responsible for 50% of the total murders in the whole country. The other stat is that if your white your 3x more likely to die at the hands of the police over there. Irrespective of this. The whole point of the demonstrations has been used to rob people.

A white guy died they same way a year ago. Should us white folk have had a riot?

It didn't do us up here any good during the minors strikes .. the police just clubbed them all to oblivion .. all white.. just poor.. but who cares ? the government covered it up

Yup, it's about class as well as race. And black people tend to be poorer overall too.

Double whammy.

 

The US population is about 328m. Around 40m of that is black or African Americans and less than half are male.
3.5% of that would be 700,000 or so and there were 16,214 murders in the 2018.
Did they commit 0.01 of a murder each?
