    After what the couple claim happened how on earth would they only be 'considering' legal action?

    They're saying it was a racially motivated attack and that they were both dragged from the car in fear of their lives.

    They say they did absolutely nothing wrong.

    Therefore they have a responsibility to other black people to stand up against racism ...

    ... if they don't they're as complicit as anyone else.

    Instead of following smug around the thread, why not answer valid points, asked in a respectful way, by other posters?

    Also, in no way has smug judged anybody in the situation.

    He's made a valid point though, if the police had dragged me and my family out the car and put us in fear, I would be making a complaint, not thinking about making one.

    He'll say absolutely anything to feed his 'smug' obsession mate.

    He's been humiliated, lost every argument and is now lashing out.

    He's a grown man, on here past midnight, desperately trying to win an argument by any means.

    He says people on here are racists ...

    ... but doesn't have the courage to say who.

    For someone so sure of his case, and such a 'brave spokesman for the cause', that's cowardly and hypocritical.

    After praising the Mods asking for the 'tit for tat' to stop he attacks you and stalks me around the board having sly digs about me being a racist. Well I know who the tit is and who's posting tat. I did as the Mods asked and ignored him but he's cringingly obsessed with me ...

    You do realise the police have said they have viewed their officers bodycams and they've said that everything was acceptable in what the officers did. I heard this reported on the news at 5pm yesterday so your post saying that its been less than 24 hrs is wrong.
