    Did you get paid on that 4th place Rudi? Mine was with Hills, who were going 4 places 1/5th when bet was placed but no return, showing 3 places at 1/5th. I noticed there were only 11 runners at the off and assumed that was the reason .......

    MyLittleTip also put that horse up on twitter (sure they just followed Stick in) and we’re compiling a list of who paid out and who didn’t. About half paid and half didn’t.

    Update: I queried this with Hills and, as I suspected they say that with only 11 runners at the off, it negates their promotion. However, as a "gesture of goodwill" they have credited my account with 4 x £5 free bets, so not a complete washout. Needless to say one of those has gone on Classic Escape already!

    Better than nothing I guess. My bet was five places so I imagine never in any doubt except for the possibility of a R4.

    ORMESHER runs over hurdles at Cartmel tomorrow. That run on the flat was not without a glimmer of encouragement and could have put the horse spot on for a hurdle at a track he has won at in the past. 20/1 so an interesting runner although it does look like a fairly competitive little race.
