It's actually mint, you lot just love to moan Its a football kit, it's decent to mix it up. Stripes get boring. I guarantee if we win loads of games in it, this time next year everyone will say its our best ever kit
I’m all for realism, in films, but I am happy to suspend that when it comes to subtitles. I am quite happy for a Chinese peasant, for example, to be able to speak English, rather than have to read subtitles. I recently watched a film, Jason Statham, with Chinese Triads and a Japanese gang, and having to read English subtitles, instead of concentrating on the actual film, was just bloody annoying, especially as they were on screen a lot. BUT for absolute annoyance, nothing competes with the actors who think that communicating by the means of whispering, is normal. You know the films, where you get the sound just right, then miss half of a conversation because someone decides to speak as quietly as possible to try to inject some sort of menace or mystery into his speech. But to keep the thread on track, I love both shirts, and so does the missus.
I don't think it matters one jot whether we like them or not. Me? I don't give a ****. It is who is inside the shirt that matters.
Can we get the club to switch the kits around? Saints should have the red striped one as the home kit. The white stripe with the red field looks like it should be the tertiary one.
I have always been uncertain as to whether our shirts were red stripes on a white background or white stripes on a red background. You seem to be suggesting that it is red stripes on a white background and I suppose if you go back to our first shirts they were white worn with a red sash. Imagine how much they would get pulled today.
Dark blue and it will be inline with our traditional away (and Sweden's contemporary to the Liebherr Sash/Line) please log in to view this image
OK - forget about the playing kit - check out the new training tops on the OS. You're gonna love one of them.... (actually it's growing on me already - but maybe not enough to buy one!!)
I'm not getting a Saints shirt this year, unless somebody buys me one but I have bought a Loch Ness FC shirt just because its got a monster in the design. The away and 3rd kits aren't bad either
