Just FYI mate, we all like ya, you know, but nobody gives a **** what the Thai’s call it.

 

Looks like aged roadkill served in a cadaver sauce with wilted weeds.

 

Looks like a clotted bulge retrieved from a blocked soil stack.

 

It has to be said, that looks fooking disgusting!

Ginge greatest respect mate, you are supposed to be a chef, but most of your stuff looks like it's been dragged out of a fooking garbage can. I can only assume you are on some kind of wind-up or put another way, it don't make Thailand a very appealing place to visit.

 

You can't make Isaan food sexy mate, its all about taste and get it on a plate. Catfish is tasty if bones don't worry you, it's all cooked in chillies, garlic and fish sauce with holy basil.

 

The pack of bugles for pudding looks alright though.

 

Only pudding you get here is hairy pudding mate.

I thought your pies and bread looked good. I absolutely love fish, but what I saw in that dish was not very appealing to my eyeballs.

 

If i had a choice between a spag bol sarnie and catfish, you win easy. #NoContest
