Chepstow 15.15 Eternal Blush and Gert Lush 1-2, no other reason than I am off to the Whispering Angel Chateau this morning (purveyors of very nice pink wine) and I shall start with all best intentions and no doubt finish drunk and embarrassingly for the ever-loving Mrs LG

    Hoses up today!

I would give YCCS PORTOCERO a better chance than the market suggests too. Lovely horse and has schooled really well at home.

The 4.25 Sandown sees a mix of lightly raced and unraced 2YO fillies.

Miss Jingles is favourite but she was only 6th on debut and doesn't set a standard that would be difficult to surpass for a newcomer.

Richard Fahey had a recent 2YO winner called Gorytus and he was the namesake of a potentially top 2YO prospect in 1982. Fahey earlier had an impressive 2YO winner in Rhythm Master, who looks worth following and today he sends out Ventura Diamond to contest this contest. She is a Dandy Man newcomer who cost £100,000 and she has been well supported. There was some 8/1 about for Ventura Diamond but she is 9/2 at best now.

I had a few quid for Ventura Diamond just for the crack and she could be the sort for valuable sales races later in the season.

    4.25 Sandown Ventura Diamond 9/2

Pink Wine is a beautiful name, as is Whispering Angel, which I can now attest is a very nice Pink Wine as well!

Good call, stupidly thought you were being sarcastic with the "Hoses up today!", and the drift, but should have assumed it needed further than the last day.
