There is also an option to click 'start a conversation' under the user name and avatar to the left of the message. Well done Ben, you're doing Graeme proud.
Tested the system out. It works, and it’s simple. Make a donation, large or small...it will make you smile and feel better about the world. FACT
Sounds like those who knew Filey personally or read his posts on this forum, all identify the man as having a "Heart of Gold". Simple words, but very apt. RIP Graeme. (Not Bob Marley, yet the lyrics seem appropriate).
I would just like to say the forum gave a fitting tribute to a fellow City fan and lovely human being. RIP Graeme, you will forever in our thoughts.
Not been on the board for a long time. The Allams have killed my passion after over 50 years of love for City. Returning to the board I have to say I was truly shocked to read of Filey's passing. He was never a friend but a fellow fan and positive poster. A credit to the club. He kept the faith in more ways than one with his 1460 cherry DMs. I can't explain how I can be so sad to hear of the death of someone I only knew from his positive posts to this board and his obvious passion for City. Gutted. I will raise a glass to him tonight.
Thank you to all who have donated & passed on messages for Scarbs. I’ll be forwarding all the donations & messages to Mary on Friday evening. If you’d like to add anything before then please get in touch. cheers SCB
Thank you all for your donations. I’ve now forwarded them to Mary, Scarbs’ friend. I’ve asked Mary if she could possibly use part of the donations to purchase a match day ticket for both of Graeme’s nieces so they could attend a game together in Graeme’s memory. Our donations totalled £420. Thank you again. SCB
Great idea Ben and I'm sure I'm not the only one that would like to personally thank you for your effort and time spent on this...Respect.
