    Didn't Duncan Fergie get an assault charge for headbutting someone outside the passage of play?

    I don't think he should btw, it would be laughable.

    SERIOUS FOUL PLAY. A tackle or challenge that endangers the safety of an opponent or uses excessive force or brutality must be sanctioned as serious foul play.


    Nothing about intent.
