They are about 8quid a box here and don't have the added advantage of causing excessive flatulence and tumultuous bowel movements. As long as you can distinguish which one is which before they happen its all good.

Not smoothie but I have made these quite a few times now. Very filling as a snack with a coffee and really tasty. Needed something a bit better as was getting through too many biscuits working at home. No I think the lemons bring his sourness and his mustard mayo brings the salty. You're going to upset the balance with grapes. Stick to teaching our next generation how to be a bunch of wet blankets.
