    Couple of handfuls of baby spinach
    Banana
    Cubed papaya - few pieces
    Quarter apple
    Handful of fresh blueberries
    Goji Berries - couple of spoons
    Spoon of cacao powder or maca powder
    Cold water

    Followed by a glass of starfruit juice
    One multivitamin pill
    One fish oil pill
    One glucosamine & chondritin pill

    They are about 8quid a box here and don't have the added advantage of causing excessive flatulence and tumultuous bowel movements. As long as you can distinguish which one is which before they happen its all good.

    With Goji Berries: 325Kcals, 4g fat, 58g carb, 12.4g fibre, 12.1g protein
    If I use Maca Powder it doubles my sperm count!

    1 Whole Chorizo
    10 Churros
    250g Patatas Bravas
    1L Gazpacho
    500g Bomba Rice
    1L of a fat spanish waiters secret mustard mayo
    The juice and rind of 361 lemons (bitterness/formation)
    25 Codeine tablets (stopping tactics)

    RESULT: Rafa's Salty Smoothie - available to all his North East garglers. Its got plenty of bitterness from the lemons and is a great stopper thanks to the codeine. Enjoy.

    Yeah oats are OK but you should add some pecan nuts, almost flakes and whey protein to it... And a little cinnamon

    No I think the lemons bring his sourness and his mustard mayo brings the salty. You're going to upset the balance with grapes. Stick to teaching our next generation how to be a bunch of wet blankets.

    Don't be so sensitive, there is no hostility. That's just being matter of fact.

    A. You were clearly going to spoil a perfectly good smoothie.
    B. You are one of many responsible for teaching our next generation. They are absolute wet blankets and fanny pads. Stop doing a Rafa or Brucey and trying to blame someone else. Own it. Teachers are **** and don't deserve any more money.
