It's a poor show. It looks like someone has stolen the tittle off the 'i', so they have to use a lower case l.

SNOWFLAKES reportedly believe full stops are aggressive and unfriendly.

Experts say youngsters used to electronic communication send separate messages instead to break up their thoughts.

Full stops are only used to show they are annoyed, it’s claimed.

It comes after a Twitter row erupted over use of the punctuation mark.

Writer Rhiannon Cosslett tweeted: “Older people – do you realise that ending a sentence with a full stop comes across as sort of abrupt and unfriendly to younger people in an email/chat? Genuinely curious.”

A shocked Twitter user accused her of “peak snowflakery”.

Novelist Sophie Hannah replied: “Just asked 16-year-old son – apparently this is true.

“If he got a message with full stops at the end of sentences he’d think the sender was “weird, mean or too blunt.”

Professor Celia Klin from New York’s Binghamton University has published an academic paper on US students’ perception of the full stop.

She said: “Readers found responses without the period (full stop) to be more positive, more enthusiastic – and the version with the period to be less sincere, more abrupt, less positive.”

They will have no fans and no club if all lower league clubs follow suit.
