What a moronic comment that I dont know what is going on in the UK because I live in Spain. We have all the UK media here you know. Its not the third world country you like to think it is. My wife and I have moved to Spain but both our families still live there. I have plenty of information on which to base my judgement.

Why would I care about what other countries are doing? I am interested in the UK as my family is there. You ALWAYS choose to try to deflect the issue away from the UK and its inept government. Here is the news Pops....the UK has the worst numbers in Europe! Oh but hang on, I can hear the response already...the UK are the only ones counting properly.....and have never made any mistakes that caused them to backtrack.

I hope you really are looking forward to the NEW YEAR as you certainly have stopped tipping winners in this one <laugh><laugh><laugh><cheers>

Blow Jo is an absolute bluffer , you wouldn't trust him to get a bag of chips.
The fawning press will turn on him when the grandees decide to throw him under the bus.
This country has become a byword for idiocy as far as governance is concerned, now trump has gone , the unrivalled clown is de ffiefel........I see his daddy is applying for French citizenship........

You do realise the PM is just the figurehead, the orator, rather than the person who singularly decides on every single policy himself? And at the end of the day, the first challenge of any politician is to be elected? For those who elected him, Boris has played an absolute blinder. Got May’s Brino deal consigned to history, dissolved a blocking remain Parliament, won a landslide majority and got Brexit done. If the Labour Party weren’t such a joke he might have had more of a challenge but there you go. It doesn’t fit your political agenda and that’s fine - happy new year <cheers>

Have to say I stopped too, Stick, so I look forward to the New Year in this respect as well. Think it's the lack of spectators and atmosphere in my case? No? Well, any old bloody excuse. Germans don't give the usual greeting until midnight or after. Beforehand, they just say "Guten Rutsch" meaning "a good slip or slide into the New Year" or "a good start to the New Year". So, a "Guten Rutsch" old friend! <cheers>

(P.S. Guess you saw poor old Bright Samuels' amazing miss with seconds to go against Norwich? Just two yards out and he managed to get the ball over the bar! <yikes> The R's could sure have done with the full three points, although they were outplayed most of the game, must admit. Things look pretty bad at the moment; when will people like Lyndon Dykes start to score? Better be soon.)

We can always rely on the forum’s resident Communist to completely misread the situation, armed as usual with none of the facts. You left it until the last day of 2020 to snatch the Fool’s Crown 2020.

The Withdrawal Agreement that May’s government negotiated was a total sell out and it is true that Johnson did not obtain any improvement in it after he took office. Faced with a Remain Parliament that was never going to pass the Withdrawal Agreement he called a General Election and routed a lunatic-riddled unelectable Labour Party and pushed the terrible Withdrawal Agreement onto the Statute. Had no trade deal been reached with the EU, plans were in place to override the unworkable parts of it so that Britain could be run as a sovereign nation.

The Deal that has been negotiated subsequently is a completely different document, running to over 1200 pages that I will wager nobody on this forum has read. I expect that few of this forum’s experts have even read the synopsis. The Brexit supporting ERG had their legal people dissect it and have concluded that, whilst not brilliant, it represents a workable starting point for future relations with the EU as a sovereign nation. Brexiteers need to stay vigilant as there are flaws in this Deal that the Remainers will look to seize upon in their desperation to stay tied to the sinking ship. Will the CBI be retaining their office in Brussels now that the EU is presumably not giving them funding anymore?

You are experiencing how government works in joke countries like Labour-run Wales. How is it going in the lockdown capital of North West Wales?

I seem to recall you criticising a few weeks back QM when he was talking about lockdowns in Spain. You mentioned that he couldnt possibly comment as he doesn't live there and despite referring to media reports you discarded them and that they couldn't be relied upon. Yet here you are mentioning the world's press to support your view post. Nice u-turn!!

The country with the most cormavirus deaths in Europe is actually Italy so you are misinformed there. It is not the case of deflecting attention away from the government its about trying to give a more balance view..nothing wrong with that.

Thank you for noticing my dip in form since boxing day on tipping up winners..one tries their best. I have noticed quite a dip in form from yourself over a number of months now on here and a reduction in the number of posts which must be a sign of a lack of confidence. I would recommend renaming your avatar to 'bumper queen' as i think that would be more fitting...:emoticon-0127-lipss:emoticon-0128-hi::emoticon-0148-yes:

I mentioned this yesterday as Rudey was commenting on the deal through his own rose tinted specs with no objectivity whatsoever.
The forums resident "know it all" in Spain will I m sure she'd some light on this deal and I look forward to his expert analysis.:emoticon-0100-smile

you utter complete tripe , the agreement is marginally weaker than mays one , as for lockdown capitol , think you need to look closer to your own yard for viral infections<laugh> the rate here is less than one in 500 , the blip we had a while ago was in the university halls ....67 students to be precise , i’m not complacent , but we’ve had no cases in the school on the estate ........

Completely ignoring the facts that we have so much family living in the UK then and not relying on media reporting alone.
Funny also how recently on here a poster remarked what a rich vein of form I was in. Even your yard info was complete bollocks recently.
You are not worth wasting words on and it really should be my resolution to ignore you. Shame for me that I cannot just ignore people that spout such complete and utter tripe.

Typically childish and moronic post from the forum and WhatsApp groups resident bore!
All I can tell you is that a poll by the independent says that only 17% of the British public believe it is a good deal for the country.
Time will tell and it's you taxpayers that will have to deal with it.

The problem with you is that you are rather full of your own self importance. You think you are an expert on a lot of things but talk absolute nonsense on here most of the time. You especially don't like it when people challenge you.

Really sad to see but whatever floats your boat. It shouldn't be too difficult to ignore any of my posts you just need to be grown up about it. That though i appreciate is particularly difficult for you...

Strange that you want to highlight poor tipping, poor yard info etc but that I m afraid goes back to you being full of your 'own self importance'. :emoticon-0127-lipss

Thanks for the character reference, I may be concerned if it wasnt coming from a complete and utter boring tosser.

I dont mind being challenged and have even liked some of QMs replies as he is intelligent and capable of forming a decent argument. You on the other are a complete one trick pony who doesnt value the opinion of anyone other than those that agree with his ideals, which for the record are borderline Nazi!
