Has this new league position of 'Joint top' when you are actually second on goal difference been especially created for United by the premier league?
It's not even like it's only a couple of goals either, it's eight. And that includes Villa hammering us
I can’t see their dodgy defence coping with our trio at the top. Mane and Salah could have a field day.
Liverpool have had 46 penalties in the whole of Klopp’s five year spell at #LFC. Man Utd have had 42 penalties since Ole arrived in December 2018. Even more astonishing when you consider the fact (this season) that United only have two players in the top 30 for touches in the box. And LFC have had over 400 more touches in the box than united. Incredibly lucky.
We have had some terrible luck this season, good goals disallowed by VAR, injuries, penalties that were not penalties given against us. On the other hand, Man U have been incredibly lucky with penalties, deflected goals in injury time. On the law of averages, this should even out over a season. If it does not, it suggests other factors are involved
