absolutely …. but don't forget the principle involved in doing so .. such a simple game golf whack it up the park don't worry about the wind from the ocean or slant of the green where the hole is today etc …. etc
Sorry I didn't deliberately miss your post. I criticise Mr Johnson for not doing what he stated he would do. You have missed the point. Most successful teams that gain promotion do not play multiple systems, generally successful teams alter small parts of their football. No team presses for ninety minutes even the Athleticos and RB's. Lots of teams press season long off triggers and cues be that a Leeds or Liverpool or counter press in zones a favourite of Messr Warnock. With respect I am struggling with the point you are making here - you need a Fammy or Durjic, that in theory should have been able to get on the end of a good supply of balls that comes from a team that press well. Neither player is adept at pressing, the team thus will suffer. You don't need, need is subjective. Teams that press aggressively and well frequently have smaller mobile forwards. DH? He is making his own way. As I have posted before he is months into his role. Beyond its not front foot football, and I did not feel Chris Brunt was a good idea It is too early to judge, a view I had of Mr Johnson in his early stages, initially given Mr Johnsons rhetoric I was enthusiastic about his voiced ideas, defending his appointment v that of a Neil Warnock.
Good result for Sunderland yesterday If he fails to get them promoted I can see Sunderland dispensing with his services, and if that happens, he may find it increasingly difficult to get any decent managerial appointment in future.
I'm getting so out of touch with lower league results that I missed that last night, so LJ's team got beat at home by Plymouth, goodness me what a suprise.
