For a while you can. Then you inevitably get banned. Even for this board chock full of ****ishness, you always seem to make an effort to stand out from the crowd.

Finished the 2 seasons of “ The Alienist “ at first I felt very uncomfortable watching young lads dressed as girls for the gratification of paedos but gave it a cpl more episodes and was glad I did. It’s a really good watch with some brilliant acting in it. The second series was just as good as the first, hope they do a third as I would most definitely put it on my watch list....ps it is very dark but as it’s set in the late 1800s couldn’t really be bright and cheerful... Good watch.
I've just finished watching it through, I found it quite harrowing at times, but a really good watch and the acting I thought was very good. When you saw the pictures of the real people involved at the end the likeness to the actors was quite remarkable.
Anyone see ZeroZeroZero on Amazon Prime? Good? HBO staring Gabriel Byrne and written by Roberto Saviano who wrote Gomorrah so I'll be watching it on Sky Atlantic from 4th Feb. Also The North Water is scheduled for BBC2 in April, not to be missed, great Hull novel about a Hull Whaling Ship and a fine cast. Another just come on my radar and good news for Soprano fans is a Soprano prequel HBO film with James Gandolfini's son James playing the young Tony Soprano, no release date.
I'm surprised they're getting a series out of North Water, it would have made a great film, bit like The Revenant.
I've watched about the first ten of them, the first woman was very convincing, but as you've suggested, her story unravelled the longer the programme went on. The oddest one, was the one they managed to sentence to death, when there was little evidence of him doing anything other than just sitting in his car while a murder took place nearby.
