It didn't work out tonight, but at least we are trying to attack and create goals. This was a slog through the mud, but we did look as though we can cope with a typical Championship game when some players might have sought the comfort of the dugout.
That was $15 well spent! It is in games like that that you need a bit of luck. Millwall had a plan and stuck to it. They did the job. They left it to us to break them down and we couldn't.
Millwall have lost to only one of the top six teams (Swansea away). They have drawn with the other four teams: Brentford & Reading at home and Norwich & Bournemouth away. Watford's result does not seem quite so bad when one takes those results into consideration.
