Actually I didn't know the kick off was that early, and I've been feeling really ill all day, so if its all the same to you I'll leave the arguing and sniping for now.

Maybe we can reconvene for the Bournemouth (not a derby) game

    A good result tonight

I know we do, but we also need to sell players to buy. If someone came in with a good offer I think we should consider it that's all.

Salisu did alright. Needs to be quicker to move the ball on, at times but the back four, in recent weeks has gone through spells where they seem to get a little too complacent and end up losing possession through hurried passes out of the danger area or just by being closed down.
They all had their moments today including KWP losing control of the ball and Bertrand with that shocking pass into his own area, that was intercepted by a Wolves striker, both of which could have led to goals, but today was our day.

Going forward, our slow play still frustrates me, but I loved those two through balls that released Ings for his goal and Redmond for his missed opportunity (a scuffed shot might have beaten the keeper on his near post).
Please can we have more of them.

Yeah I would tend to agree with you there. What I saw of Salisu today I thought He was immense (first game, 2 Epl teams) I am a big fan of Janik, but he is too good to sit on our bench and he would fit straight into a number of Epl teams. Dont want to see him go though.

And even then we only had one genuine goal scored against us in the final...

I hope we give Vestergaard a new deal personally. Deffo a player I don't want to see dropped ahead of Bednerak right now.

As good as Salisu looked, it seems a bit premature to be thinking about selling one of the CBs <laugh>

I’m often stunned. Earlier Bednarek was getting dropped and now after one game for one defender, another CB is on the bench.

Come on people, can we apply some common sense. We need a decent squad. Injuries, suspension, poor form, competition. All reasons why it is not about the 11.

Not picking on you particularly, but I really am amazed at some of the things I read.

It’s mind boggling some of the stuff I read. Feels like I’ve landed on another planet and everything functions differently

I thought KWP was quite a bit off of things today. Surprised nobody wants him sold off.

I don't think Salisu was as good as is being made out tbh. Think he's got potential there for sure but he could have easily cost us the game on another day.

That's not to slate him btw, as your debut is always going to be tough, but he certainly wasn't 'immense' imo.

Bednarek and Vesty still first choice for me.

If Vestergaard is willing to sign a new contract, then I would absolutely want us keep him.

But if the only alternative is that we lose him for free in 18 months, then I think it's perfectly reasonable to suggest the possibility of us cashing in this summer.

Think our recent experiences have shown us how badly you need a good squad of players available.
