He could resign and leave it to someone who knows what they are doing. These players are better than the ****e systems he plays.

Maybe he has just exhausted all the 'ideas' / 'tactics' etc he has and run out of ideas.
Maybe just time for him to move on.
    That might improve things.

Systems don't make players unable to control a ball first time, pass it accurately or shoot on target.

Well that's it, autos out the window and I'm also pretty sure we can kiss goodbye to the play offs.

One plan please **** off now and give us at least a fighting chance.

McCann has had the best part of two seasons in charge. This is his squad and yet we have no discernible style of play and I've never known any other manager in recent times oversee so many timid, gutless performances. We rarely dominate the opposition, rarely control possession and we so often look disorganised with players looking like strangers. Poor performances happen but we never seem to respond accordingly. There is no evidence to suggest McCann can suddenly turn our form around, particularly if he refuses to change Plan A.

No, that sort of stuff is rehearsed time and time again on the training ground.
When it goes wrong on the pitch in a game, you want someone on the side encouraging, cajoling, sometimes berating.
Time after time, the ifollow commentator mentioned 'hands in pockets' 'sat in dug out' 'arms folded' 'look of anger on face'

And what of the players who walked off that pitch tonight? Blameless?

McCann can take a large portion of flak for recent results, that's fair enough,he has clearly failed to motivate!! But please don't excuse some of the inept, under par performances from players who should be doing so much better...

As for asking McCann to go and jump off the Humber Bridge.....Go and look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself if that level of abuse is strictly necessary...

That performance tonight was **** but we must have the only supporters in the land who don't apportion any blame to players!!!

Yup. McCann kinda reminds me of someone in a restaurant who will complain about the food to the people at his table but doesn't have the bollocks to call a waiter or waitress over to send the food back. He'll just sit there, all passive-aggressive and pulling his face. He can mope around on the touchline and in the dugout all he wants, looking miffed when we play ****e but does he do anything about it? Nope. He's a useless ****.

Last year we didn't have a squad good enough to play the system at the level required. This season we do.

Much of a muchness to me how you set up as you build a squad accordingly.

McCant doesn't know how to arrest a slide, can't motivate consistently and can't spot and respond to an opposition change in tactics during a match.

He's a league 1 manager, we want to be championship. He should have gone over a year ago, so I can't see Enob sacking him now, but this seasons going tits up without a change at the top.

I hope I'm wrong, but I've seen enough.

You forget and I quote from Ehab when he was appointed
Vice-Chairman Ehab Allam said: “Grant has been a standout candidate with a playing style and philosophy aligned to that of the Club.

wonder how bad the other candidates were, has anyone discovered his playing style and philosophy.

Good systems breed confidence in players. Confidence makes for more relaxed players. Players enjoying their game are better at everything.
