Sanchez loves collapsing just outside the box for some weird reason

That was poor from Sanchez, even if the bloke was offside by quite a bit. No need to go to ground there.

Sanchez is being made to look poor by the offside rule, here. Repeatedly flailing to get back after getting his line right and having to play on.

Doherty booked for an unnecessary one on Zaha. Silly. Played much better this half, up to that.
5 minutes of injury time, presumably for VAR checks.

    Really good result that.

Kane and Bale just phenomenal. Really wish Jose played Bale more earlier in the season as this version of Bale could’ve prevented a number of those **** draws or losses had he been in the side like he his now. Like Kane he just has that magic to make something out of nothing.

Decent cameo from Lamela too, he’s been doing well of late coming off the bench.

More games with Chris Coleman as commentator as well would be nice. Good to listen to someone without any club bias, knows their football and can throw in a little humour too.

Well that was a good second half - Kane, Bale and Lucas were very good.

Zaha made a difference, well he gave the lino something to do.

Finally I often complain about co-commentators but Chris Coleman can come back I thought his analysis was very good.

4-1 FT. Good performance overall and a very good result, but some poor periods in both halves.
Bale, Kane, Moura and Hojbjerg were all excellent. Doherty had a much improved 2nd half.
Up to 6th, but it's a bit of a false position, due to the amount of games everyone's played. Much better stuff, though.

Good game and some excellent performances in attack. A worldie from Kane and an uncharacterstically poor opener from Palace's perspective made it a bit more comfortable. Much more like what you want to see though, given the players we've got.

Shoutout to Lucas as well, playing well in that 10 role. Isn’t creative but his aggression and drive gets the ball moving quite nicely through the middle and it draws defenders out of position to tackle him. Hojbjerg looked a lot better tonight too, still sloppy with a couple passes but made some great tackles and interceptions.
