Another one bites the dust - one of Scotland's best, Ian St. John has died. https://www.liverpoolfc.com/news/announcements/427381-video-ian-st-john-in-his-own-words
Sad news - remember him on ITV during the 80s and early 90s with Jimmy Greaves. They were funny and whitty as well as serious at times.
Good news for for Coventry. Heading back to the Rioch. https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.skysports.com/amp/football/news/11710/12235489/coventry-city-set-to-return-to-ricoh-arena-next-season-after-10-year-deal-agreed-between-sisu-and-wasps
Have Liverpool basically given up in the league? Concentrate on the Champions league maybe . Fulham look excellent- deserve to stay up ahead of above them.
Liverpool may well have given up, they really haven't been very good this season - it's amazing the difference a loss of just one player has made to them. I'd be panicking if I were a Brighton or Newcastle fan - even though Fulham's next match is against Man City - Brighton in particular, as they are on a losing streak. They've been in awful form since winning at Anfield a month ago.
Harry Kewell been sacked at Oldham. Doesn't seem to stay long in jobs. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/56315714
What a bunch of amateurs Oldham are - just the seven managers since 2018. No wonder they are languishing in the lower divisions.

Got news for Coventry - moving back to the City. https://www.ccfc.co.uk/news/2021/march/news-coventry-city-and-wasps-group-agree-ricoh-arena-deal/
Yes good news for the club and the fans. Doubt that many clubs will enjoy playing there after a Union or League game of rugby has been finished.
Chris Wilder leaving Sheffield U. Must be his choice - doesn’t think he can get the club back up or looking for other jobs https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/55254730
Think that I read somewhere that he did not think that the club was aligned to his philosophy. He was having convo's to establish what the future would look like. Guess that he didnt like what he was told and has decided to walk.
I think it might be fair to say that Aussie Sam Kerr was delighted with her hat trick - here she is doing her trademark backflip goal celebration. please log in to view this image
Rumour has it that this weekend's opponents Birmingham have parted company with their manager. I hope they don't appoint a replacement until we've played them - hate the idea of that new manager bounce...
