That midfield is a real barrel scraper (through needs must) Lansbury has been shocking since his arrival Massengo is still a headless chicken. After last Saturday certainly Mariappa and Diedhiou both owe us a performance.

But hey ho, I have been a fan long enough to expect the unexpected, more in hope than expectation.

 

Interesting to say the least, however probably the only fit players available

One thing I can predict with certainty though is that BCFC will get at least one point - guaranteed!!!!

 

I can see Nige liking Watkins. He’s probably our most in your face aggressive player we’ve got. I thought his games against Barnsley, Luton and especially Cardiff he done well against those physical teams.

 

Well at least changed the starting formation 4 - 4 - 2 .. makes more sense .. could understand maybe 1 - 4 - 4 -1 moreso BUT likely players available are dictating? Niges 4th game time to bring in the status quo ...or stop the rot at least!
Hopefully wind will not have an adverse effect …. and in a couple of hours we are all smiles …

Oh no, not that really ordinary Palmer scoring a corker.. RP will be fuming as he wasn’t in his list of two worthy players we have!!

 

Palmer has been terrific and scored a great goal, they have struggled to contain Semenyo but he really needs to learn some composure with his final choices.

We allow far too many crosses with our 2 poor full backs being the worst offenders at not blocking.

Lansbury is shocking as usual, Massengo is inconsistent some great stuff and some poor stuff.

Diedhiou is his usual is highly frustrating self, Semenyo made a great early break and Wells was at the far post but Diedhiou wasn't even in the box, a shout out for Wells who is putting in a real shift and has made some great defensive interceptions, Hunt and Sessegnon take note on how to block.

 

Nigel Pearson getting the best out of him, he’s constantly running everywhere even after losing the ball, under LJ and DH he never done any of what he’s doing now, seemed like he couldn’t be bothered.

One of the best players we have, and it’s mental some people say he’s crap when he clearly isn’t

To me, it’s clearly obvious, we have decent players in the squad and needed a manager to get the best out of them.. additional quality signings will make them shine.. but shusssssh don’t tell RP
