This was a difficult choice to make - as the whole team played really well ( despite the gaping hole down our left side of defence in the first half ) 1. Dempsey.... His work ethic is exhausting to watch. 2. Graham ... Back to his best. 3. Oliver.. Seems to have suddenly come to life over the last month. I thought Cundy and O'Keefe also had an excellent game.
Somehow us beating Lincoln didn't come as a surprise to me, hence why I predicted 0-2 in the league, albeit was 0-3. When Lincoln came to our place, we were simply out done by their clinical ability, rather than their workrate. This time not only did we have the workrate of Dempsey and Co, but a striker (Oliver) that is on form. What a time for it to all come together. Doncaster & Hull next, with no midweek game, so the lads get a rest in between. We can do this, the lads are on fire...If we beat Doncaster, I think we go above them on GD.
