I like Parker and besides Mitrovic and the ginger prat Reed I like Fulham too. They are a much better side now than the side we beat earlier in the season and have some quality players. Hope they survive and Brighton or Newcastle drop

Raphinha was a slow starter tonight but could have had a hat trick. Sheer quality goal and can be a worldy.

    Bamford sheer class tonight

Roberts has now had 3 passable performances on the bounce, but faded badly late on and I notice he wasnt closing down as much as Bamford does when up front, think he got tired?

Llorente has been the difference with our defence since he came back. 4 games on the bounce now and some great forward play, through ball early on for Bamford tonight was quality. He has made our defence much tougher to break down.

Thought Ayling fell off things at times tonight and after his goal was ruled out did his head drop?. I thought I sqw him throw up on the pitch?

Phillips was a monster, sheer quality

Meslier saved us at times again. Another 9 or 10 performance

    Harrison turned up again, good.

    Dallas what an engine

Those not mentioned could have done better

I thought Fulham were niggly tonight, Cavaleiro thought Alioski elbowed him early, even though he didn't, and went through him a couple of times, as did Reed. Anguissar (?) Went down like he'd been shot a couple of times. It was really busy in the middle and we handled it better than them.
    Well deserved win.

Fully deserved the win yesterday, it was a bit nervy at times but at least we got there in the end and we’ve broken the London hoodoo!

    Player ratings:
Meslier - 9 - His save in the first half was outstanding. Couldn’t do anything about the goal but came out well and offloaded quickly for us to break. Good performance.

Ayling - 6 - Lost his man again for the goal, as much as I love him as a player and I thought he did do some bits well tonight defensively and attacking he’s cost us far too many goals this season. Needs to improve this part of his game. Shame about his goal being chalked off, great celebration.

Llorente - 7 - Pretty solid. Communication wasn’t always there with Struijk tonight but I think it’s only the 3rd time they’ve played together? Looks a player and won’t be losing his place anytime soon.

Struijk - 6 - His worst game at CB for me. Looked a bit nervous at times and as mentioned above the communication wasn’t great with Llorente at times. But still made some good tackles and interceptions. Amazing to have 4 solid options at CB.

Alioski - 6 - Poor in the first half getting beat by his man and giving away needless free kicks and corners but improved after the break. Works really hard, makes interceptions and attacks well down the left.

Phillips - 9 - Solid performance tonight. Broke up play really well and kept Anguissa quiet for the most part which isn’t an easy task.

Raphinha - 8 - Nice little touches for the winner and created some changes for his team mates. Works hard when he loses the ball but thought he held on to it too much at times tonight and lost the ball.

Dallas - 8 - Class act and mr consistent. Since Derby in the play offs he’s never looked back. It’s no coincidence that we always look more solid as a unit and harder to break down with him in the middle. Really stepped up and a player we can rely on, never stops.

Roberts - 7 - Had probably 3 good games on the bounce now and should have a couple more assists and goals to his name but VAR is his worst nightmare at the moment. Had my doubts about him but if he can keep up performances like the last few goals and assists will come. I’ve also seen an improvement in his pressing in the last few games as a pet hate of mine used to be his laziness. He can pick up the ball and run with it which is what we need in this position. Starting to change my mind about getting rid in the summer. Don’t think his fitness is there for the full 90 just yet as he seems done around 75-80 minutes but guessing with no Rodrigo he doesn’t want to throw Gelhardt into the deep end just yet.

Harrison - 9 - He’s been on a really poor run of form lately but he really showed up tonight. Worked hard defensively and got back well. Beat his man a few times, made the right decisions on the ball, didn’t get crowded out and got a very good assist. He won’t lose his place playing like that. My man of the man.

Bamford - 9 - Considering he was carrying a knock you couldn’t tell. Pressed really well despite what he said in the post match. Scored a proper strikers goal and got a good assist. Probably should’ve scored in the first half but back heeled to Roberts. So so unselfish and he’s flourished this season. Seems a nice bloke too.

    Subs:
Klich - 7 - Won a corner, had a shot that he should’ve done better with. I thought he looked a bit sharper? Think he probably needs a good rest after the last few years so his time on the sidelines is probably doing him good at the moment.

Koch - N/A - Good to see him back. Don’t want to second guess Bielsa but he came on for Roberts and played CDM in the 23s. Is he thinking about Koch in CM and moving Dallas to LB? I guess we’ll see in the coming weeks as I can’t see Koch getting a CB spot at the moment as all have been on good form.

folee I think Bielsa sees him as the natural back up for Kalvin although we know Llorente can do it too and sometimes does it for Spain. Koch did play 45mins last Monday as DMand yes his first minutes back after so long out, but he would need to be a lot more mobile than he was in the 23s. I am being harsh because he has been out for Months. Koch did some very good things and reads the game well, but he was also sloppy and not at full power. But yes I agree Koch is better than Struijk as DM

I kept going out of the room every time they got a corner or free kick near the penalty box, which indicates my lack of confidence in our defence/defending. Alioski.. sadly nowhere near good enough for the PL. That 'backpass' from near the half way line was pub football stuff, and contributed in unsettling the defence (again) Phillips superb on the whole as was Bamford, Raph and Dallas put a shift on too. Ayling needs to be stronger at defending although tbf I did think he was fouled for their goal on watching the replay. As for VAR..should stand for 'Void After Replay'
