A trip to Hull City is next up for the Gills - Can we pick up a good result at the side currently sitting top of the League 1 table?

    Ok so I'm going to take the positives towards this game, and I'll start with recent form;

2-2 against Doncaster, with us going 2-0 up in 4 mins! The visitors fought back, but Graham was unlucky to see his shot come back off the post.
    0-3 away WIN at Lincoln
    3-1 home WIN versus Ipswich
    1-1 away we held Portsmouth
2-2 away at Sunderland, so we have shown we can take on all the big boys

What is more remarkable about this is our striker has found his form at the right time, I think Oliver has scored something like 8 goals in his last seven games. The trio of Graham, Dempsey and Oliver is proving too much for all sides we come up against.

Even the teams in the play-offs are looking towards the Gills to win.

The lads know they can do this....

    Hull 0-1 Gills (Oliver)

Good enough to win the play-offs, start believing... https://www.kentonline.co.uk/medway...ident-of-play-off-success-if-they-get-244271/

For those wondering btw, I've had some of what Lenny's on <laugh>

He's doing extremely well. I enjoy reading his posts, the feel of his passion, they make me smile, and we can honestly all say we've not had a lot to smile about in the last year <ok>

Firstly BRB congratulations on closing the gap ( You won't win lololol ) and thank you so much for running NOT 606 and the prediction league.
It has helped me live the dream of being back on the terraces, hoping my predicition comes true, and being on top of the table.
We have been through, all of us a period in our life that none of us have or hopefully will ever see again.
But we have through various sources been able to follow and support and live the dream of what has and will be Gillingham FC. Long may it live.
What a game last weekend, 2-0 up after 8 minutes, we were on to giving a spanking and 3 more points lololololol who envisaged the next 8 minutes???
Tomorrow we are up against the TOP of the table and deservedly. We have only met 15 times, lost 6, and drawn 4. In the last 5, we have lost 3, won 1, and drawn 1.
The Airlie Birds have not lost in their past 6 games nor have we.
Reading past reports they have been slow to get going in all of those games, but have got going during the 2nd half and gained their results.
We have managed great early form. And some bad as well as great 2nd half results.
So? Bookies make us 100/30 worth a sporting chance. just a small one.
We have some players who are hot to trot and so do they Whyte and if we can mark him out we have a chance.
BIG John for us has done a great job recently. So will it be him or?????? Lee? who makes the start.
I feel this will be a tactical game OR a gooooooooo do it from the start.
Only once has there been 3 goal difference, back in 1966, the year England won the world cup. So a close possible game in hand
MKB is, my England, my Dream, My Cuppa DOOOOOOOOO IT FOR KENTTTTTTTT DOOOO ITTT FORRR GILLINGHAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

    Ull 1 v2 MKB. ( Lewis-Potter and Oliver x 2 )

    Keep The Faith UPPPPPTHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE GILLLLSSSSSSSSSSS

I can't really comment that easy when the game is on, it keels my internet over, so best of luck lads. Shame about Cundy being out, but we need to stay positive, come on, we can do this!
