Totally agree mate. He's another player who has been transformed under Johnson, his career looked finished here but he is now a real asset.
10 games to go. In our hands. Sitting in the box seat. Best form in the league. Good players to return. Squad that can change games. Manager who is pro-active and clever. Momentum. Experienced players driving games. Attitude. Local lads who want it. Owner who inspires. On a roll. Zero fear. Haway the lads.
Wright / Hume / Jones being back is huge. Three players that would walk into most sides in the league and a few in the Championship
I’ve only begged once, when me target was £100 it’s reached over £700, so can I take advantage of our positive mood and ask for donations. I’ve done it every day in March with 4 days to go. Some days have been quite tough, but not as tough as it is for anyone who has had cancer or has lost someone to cancer. https://fundraise.cancerresearchuk.org/page/janes-walk-all-over-cancer-fundraising-page-2000
I know, I sort of pop in and out, I’m no where near as much posting anywhere like I did. I’ll get there though xx
"When Johnson was asked about Barton he just laughed, rolled his eyes and mocked 'another Sunderland hoodoo' ... ... I agree, time to drop all this bogey team/player/manager nonsense." So, what's left ...
I still cannot allow myself to get carried away truth be told. Been hurt to many times. We are in a great position but our next two games are very tough. If we get 4 points from them i will start to believe
Jones needs to come in for Gooch asap. Apart from a goal being put on a plate for him at Wembley he has been poor for weeks / months. Infact when you watch Jones and what he offers you realise how little Gooch offers
