Yes but that assumes we win. If we draw/lose it gets a bit more messy. So let's just win...

We're in a decent position on Monday if we can win.I'm thinking best they draw one minute or a win for either the next....What's the best possible outcome? Opinions?

Yeah that's a tough one , if it's just about promotion then maybe a Sunderland win would be better
Wouldn't it be great to win it though ?

I thought that was the least effective I've seen Honeyman and Docherty this season, and Crewe really seemed to win midfield. I don't think it was Slater who was the problem in midfield today, in fact thought he did ok again. But Docherty still kept going and his drive made the winner. Also thought Crowley for Honeyman was a good swap for the last 15.

Teams at the top of the table normally get the breaks. That's what happened today. A win for either of the other top two on Monday is the best way to shake one off. Still a long way to go of course.

    Every game we take

    Every point we make

Puts us ever so slightly closer to promotion

Doesn't matter what they do. We win, the pressure ever so slightly increases on them...incrementally each game....

As well as Slater's been these last 2 games we need to get Jones back in midfield. If Burke isn't fit can McLoughlin play right centre half?

He’s left footed, which I assume is the reason he’s not being selected, unless McCann just doesn’t rate him (we’re certainly missing Jones in midfield).

I'm now thinking the best possible outcome is we win, they draw..It takes 2 valuable points off each of them.

Winning this would be fantastic and would lift us all after the awful year we've had.
