Dominated and got through arsenals press nicely. They clearly trying to press the CBs but they’ve done well to get it into midfield.

we’ve just been bit slow moving the ball up top again.

mane has the beating of his man and need to feed it into his feet more. Guy wants a battle but mane has him for skill and power.

not been too bad, especially given first game back from internationals when we normally struggle. Need to just quicken things up and keep concentrating, make sure we don’t get caught on the break.

One decent chance was milner. Didn’t see a replay to show exactly how far wide it was but seemed to have a lot of the goal to aim at as keeper was so far towards his front post. To not hit the target was poor.

need to do that more though. Won the ball up high TAA on the overlap and a passed cross rather than just a chip into the middle

 

really need something to connect for the front 3 as they are even more toothless than us so far .
