    Easter Sunday morrisons like all other shops is shut, car park recorded via cctv whoever used the closed car park and duley sent out dozens of £50.00 fines via the post. Bang out of order?

    They won't be fines mate, they will be invoices sent out by a private company. A private company doesn't have the power to fine anyone. The council won't be involved.
