Southend have sacked manager Mark Molesley replacing him with their ex manager Phil Brown with 6 games left to go.

It's hard to belive Southend beat us in a play-off final it just goes show even with supporters moaning about this & that. The club must be doing something right. The other person we don't hear from on here now is Jack Sparrow, oh yes Bristol Rovers 4th from bottom of league 1

John Sheridan has left Swindon, it seems he quit before he could get the sack.

No 45 the so called big club of the six who hav'nt won a trophy since I was a boy (maybe one). The club who have lost more points from leading in a game than any other Premier League team is that down to the manager or players

I wonder what Rocky would have made of today's news both manager and league wise. I'm guessing he would hate the break away news but might applaud the manager.

Yes he would definitely oppose the breakaway and be pleased that Mourinho has gone

Yes but who are they going to get as a manager, still it's not going to matter much if they get kicked out of the Premier with the other big north london club. The only reason Spurs got asked was because of the ground

If 6 teams did get kicked out of the Premier League (can't see that happening) that would leave the Premier with only 14 clubs. Would they then promote a few extra teams from the Championship, leaving the Championship a bit light? You see where I am going

I think that is a bit wishful thinking Ron, the saying goes there is no such thing as bad publicity, even is this crap does get sorted it while reverberate around the grounds for years amongest the supporters.
What is a joke is the Real Madrid Presiedent saying they are hard up, stop paying the transfers you are paying & the wages. Also why do you think nobody wants to watch La Liga it's virtually a closed league anyway. .

I'm sure I read somewhere that Lionel Messi was on over £100m a year in wages. There are plenty of player on £15m a year plus. If these clubs are skint as the Rael Madrid man alluded to the you have to say look at yourselves for the reason. I agree this will not happen in the end. There is so much opposition to it. The Far East market will only sustain it for so long and then it will just be a betting circus. However, they threaten to do this and hey presto they end up with more cash from somewhere else. I just wish the football world would let them go, boycott it to a man or woman and let it die a death which would serve them right. It won't happen like that though will it.
