Never in my life did I think I’d say this but - GO ON CHELSEA FANS!

They’re having a proper protest at Stamford Bridge. I’ve seen them doing a few chants but apparently they’ve now even blocked the team bus from entering the stadium and Petr Cech is out there asking them to move <laugh>.

It will be Joe Lewis behind this, the silence from Spurs tells you all is not in harmony. The attacks on Levy may be justified but he is a fan so I wonder. Joe Lewis on the other hand is only interested in his investment.

    From the BBC...

Plans for a European Super League offend "the basic principles of competition", Boris Johnson has said.

Describing the proposal as a "cartel", the prime minister said he would use legislation to block it if needed.

...and now I'm thinking that I'm in favour of it. If he thinks it's a bad idea, it's a ****ing winner. Guaranteed.

Boris is looking after his former Labour votes and showing what a man of the people he is. :emoticon-0119-puke:

Big if true. That would also give more than enough votes to kick the remaining 4 out of the PL.

Levy, do the right thing now. He’s damaged enough already just being a part of the proposals but pulling a u-turn now, while not enough for me to forgive him for his part in this farce, will restore some of the faith and feeling I have for the club.

This is blatantly an effort by the two major Spanish sides, both heavily in debt, to save their own financial skins. I know Spurs are in debt too but with fans due back in stadiums before too long, we will be in a position to sort it out. We are not a badly ran club, financially at least.

    So Chelsea withdrawing?

Let’s hope the wheels are coming off - although that still leaves the ulterior motives.

On the other hand, Gary Neville said that the Manc clubs, Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool should be relegated as they should know better - but we shouldn't because we don't

I mean if that's our defence when voting to boot Arsenal out of the league
