I predicted 3 goals against us versus Oxford and I predict much the same again... Posh 3-1 Gills (Szmodics x2, Clarke-Harris and Oliver for us)
Good Morning What a match tonight is. We have to do something we have not done in a long while, beat them and beat them at home. We had not beaten Oxford at the Kassam in a long while, we had not even scored a goal. So 2 goals was a massive improvement on past form. Boro has a massive home win stat lost only twice all season. Blackpool and Hull. And sadly I would not put us in the same category as those. I have all day to think about what I feel about tonight's game. I think the SYCO will be on form on the trip up and without doubt, tonight sponsors should be WRIGHTS COAL TAR SOAP. Hopefully for a massive slip up and the gaffers lovely choice words
So we are close to KO time. I had an idea we would get beat 3-2 at Oxford, but let my heart rule as we were so close to a play-off place. Went for the win. Looking at the league we are still mathematically in with a chance as games in hand are now less and we are still only 6 points away from the special last place. Still with tonight 12 points to play for. last 3 games Northampton, Burton, and The Green Army. Results so far tonight are helping but now 7 points adrift. I sadly will go with form tonight and not my head. Boro 3 v MKB ???????????????? 1 or 2??????????? ( Clarke-harris x 2 and Dembele x 1. Oliver x 1 ) Been a great season again, we have been lucky to have something to look forward to and not just hoping we make it.
