ASM - I've liked the look of him since last season, but tbf I haven't watched enough of him to know whether he's consistent enough. Great feet and energy, and handled some rough treatment from us today.

He gets kicked off the park week in week out because we lump it to him and he takes on 17 players. He’s to good for us.

In a class team like yours he would be immense.

yep and that is particularly worrying at present as the only aerial presence we have is Fabinho as i'm becoming more convinced that my impression on Kabaks aerial prowess was correct which is a shame as i think his general play is pretty good .

 

This team is shot need some serious investment when the window opens get some players in that will actually runnnn

I think ASM has huge potential, he would be great for us. We are lucky you played Jolinton because if Wilson was on from the start, you would have won. The handball was unintentional and should have stood. Terrible season for us, no more excuses

Asm is a luxury player that only plays facing one way.

Makes a difference to Newcastle but isnt going to play at a higher level.

Wilson and him together plus a solid defence = enough to survive.

 

Mane is utterly disinterested.

He is turning his back on ball in play wandering sort of back to position.

Firmino isnt fit enough not fast enough any more either.

The fact is we didt actually try to score for most of the second half. Knocked it about Luke we were gods gift.

 

Newcastle being Newcastle were at our mercy in that first half. We scored in the 3rd minute and we cut through them like a hot knife through butter. So ridiculously easy and chances that our attackers should have scored with their eyes closed.

Well, I suppose... if his master-plan was to cough up a ****load of chances and hope we'd miss them all.
