Absolutely lovely interview. What a complete lubbly jubbly player.

Todd Kane has no way back now...let's hope we can get 13 million for him ( or at least a couple of Bob) to reinvest Inthe team

Great team goal, if that had been scored by one of the ESL clubs, Sky would've been creaming themselves over the passing moves

    Clives report...

A matter of routine - Report
Monday, 3rd May 2021 12:37 by Clive Whittingham

QPR made it eight away wins for the season, and sealed a top half finish, with a comfortable 2-0 win at Stoke City on Saturday.

John Eustace has been in charge of Queens Park Rangers before. One win in 15 league games over four months, consecutive home defeats by bottom two Rotherham and Bolton, had put paid to Steve McClaren’s brief time in charge, leaving his assistant to pick up the pieces as caretaker for the remainder of 2018/19 starting with a trip to runaway league leaders Norwich. Rangers were three nil down by half time, lost by four, and Eustace spoke after the game, and again in the summer when briefing Warbs Warburton on the mess he was inheriting, about a “losing mentality” within the group. If you think we’ve come a long way since January, check the ground covered since May 2019...

Stoke have twenty players out of contract at the end of this season! Blimey.
A good read and report though.

Long before the days of extreme couponing licking and sticking the Green Shield stamps into the book was a "treat" my Mum used to let me have and filling a book was an event in our house. Looking back on it I don't think having a mouth full of stamp glue is anywhere near a treat! Memories of schlepping out to Ealing or somewhere to redeem them. Then along came Argos and all that went out the window.

"Kids today......" is often bandied about but come on, how many of our sprogs could even contemplate something like collecting stamps in exchange for stuff?

What about coupons in cig packets? My grandpa used to smoke No 6 and would let us choose from the catalogue.
My father smoked woodbines and got me a World Cup 70 souvenir pack.
    Happy days.
