Common theme also is that the club was a busted flush, so put a fiver on the table, inherit the debt and it's yours. Today you've got to stump up c£40m so a very different new owner with proof of funds, and some proven sport/business acumen would be needed to get The Allams to sell

I was thinking more in the terms of supporting what we have, until we can attract better, and not continuing this ridiculous them v us, 'he told us to die' 'I'll not set foot in the KC until....' ect ect. charade which just makes us look like a load of trouble not worth taking a gamble on.
    Nothing personal pal,.

Well I agree that we as fans have to tolerate the current owners, some do that by withdrawing their financial support, that’s not for me but others think differently. Doesn’t mean we can’t prefer to want them to sell up to someone else though.

I know all of that but we can also just support and leave the business side of things to those dealing with it. If someone wants to buy the club, have the cash and there is a will to sell then I'm sure it will sell. Everything sells eventually.
In the meantime if we all showed some solid support for the club by buying memberships ( passes) and filling the stadium again instead of dragging up excuses not to then we will, at least look, like a club worth taking a punt on. Being divided makes us look like a poisoned chalise.

I think the stadium will be a lot fuller next season, regardless of who is in charge. Many will be itching to get to a game and the club should be doing everything possible to attract as many as they can through the doors.

    I’ll be there, I can’t wait.

This question genuinely worries me. We have owners who are from the city who are in my opinion doing a decent job(now) of running the club and i think given our support the championship is a good place. We have more than enough experience of owners who would send hull city to the wall. Its just a shame that a row between the council and assem had to involve the supporters

I think the number of people refusing to buy memberships because of the Allams is fairly small. The number of people not buying one because we are not the Premier League any more is far greater - just like with any club.

I couldn't care less that we are not in the Premier League but will not put a penny into the club until the Allams go. Yes, we may get worse owners, but I doubt it.

You just have to look at half the owners in the Championship to see examples of worse owners.

The name change debacle came as a result of the fall out with the council, but it played no part in giving the Away Supporters Initiative money to fans of other clubs rather than our own, making kids pay the same as adults and taking 2,134 days (and counting) to be gone in 24 hours.

    From the current season?

Derby, Sheff Wednesday, Nott Forest, QPR, Blackburn, Birmingham City all clearly worse, the Cardiff owners had priors similar to ours to depending on perspective could be classed similar, that's 7, forgive me poetic license for rounding up to half.

Didn't they make tickets free or very cheap for the FA Cup?

Yes I would fully expect/hope the first few home games are dramatically reduced price to entice as many as possible to fill the stadium.
