Nothing against him but his post match interview was the same old hard done by stuff that pi$$Ed off so many Charlton fans. Fine margins Karl, but the better team won.
Really wanted them to get through and win the final , there must be a lot of head shaking and drinking going on up there tonight
Well back at you @Smudger603 See you next season and hopefully we both get automatic as I don't want us meeting in the play offs
Every other night ? Sod off, I drink every night I'm a refined wine drinker though. Just bottled 23ltrs and another 23 to do
They have a new owner, so they may be about to set things in order this summer. Mind you, I read somewhere at the weekend they are planning to cut costs this year, not splash the cash. I would have liked them to go up - we've had the better of recent years and they are a bit of a talisman at Wembley for us, but at some point they are bound to beat us again. As @Nig says, lets both go up in the automatics and bid tier three farewell.
There's a lot been invested in the club under the new owner after it was stripped bare by the previous regime. Not a guarantee to go up but we've been pushing for it since being in this league so hopefully enough now to take us over the line. I think Lee Johnson has done a decent job in 5 months especially considering all the injuries. About 10 players out of contract now so there could be a major overhaul. You might do well under Adkins, thought we might of got him after Parkinson. Oh well, we go again. Hopefully Corona becomes a thing of the past and normality resumes.
Sheff Wed are.nailed on for promotion next season. Think Sunderland will invest and take 2nd spot. Rotherham will be in playoffs, so 3 places up for grabs
Nobody's nailed on for promotion from L1, not even a massive club. I hope Blackpool win the playoffs after what their fans have been through with the Oystons.
Good luck to Blackpool, they had it really bad. Shows what a team can do when freed from sh*te crooks of owners. But if Lincoln win then best of luck to them in the Championship. They'll be living the dream... Both worthy teams
As George Michael once sang "you gotta get up to get down..." It's the getting up bit we haven't quite got right yet But we're workin' on it (Chris Rea 1989 )
