Phillips swapped for tactical reasons and said Struijk did everything he was asked to do but we missed the distribution of Phillips. He also said Berardi was super fit and doing top work in training and deserved to play?

Phillips probably subbed because he'd been booked. Struijk looked classy in his place. Very assured.

    Is Beradi worth keeping?
If KP gets injured or banned, will happen over a season, his role will be played by either Koch or Struijk.
Leaves us with 3 CBs, if one of those is also inured we have no cb on the bench, apart form the u23s.
So it might not be a bad idea to keep him.
    Thoughts?

I was just thinking - didn't the FA used to ban people who did similar political things? Indeed, didn't players get banned for showing a t-shirt under their tops carrying Happy Birthday messages & such like?

Or does my hatred for the FA know no ends? <whistle>

Rules on political statements haven't changed. We get the problems around the poppy on the shirts which is the only exception allowed but not allowed in Europe, FA got a dispensation.any player displaying political messages on tshirts under shirt can be fined big money......

Another reason why fans boo at taking the knee. To BLM which is a registered political party in the UK and a registered terror group elsewhere

This gets even worse OGS is saying We need to respect their views, political or not.
If the FA don’t react then even more reason for gov. Involvement in how football is run.
BLM, taking the knee, black power salutes, displaying national flags for political ends all at football matches I see an almighty backlash coming if the authorities don’t get a grip
