I've completed as much as I can for now. No games prior to 5th December would come up on a site search, I've found some of them by just searching via Google, but there's still several missing. When I've a little more time, I'll scroll back to the dates and try and find them. Looks like Docherty's going to top the table regardless.
The final league table... Greg Docherty 14 George Honeyman 11 Mallik Wilks 6 Keane Lewis-Potter 4 Greaves 2 Elder 2 Burke 2 Emmanuel, Coyle, Ingram, Magennis and Slater all with one game each. Mayer was unlucky not to be on this list, fell just short in one game, as was Smallwood, who got a lot of second place finishes early in the season. Biggest win was Callum Elder, with 106 points against Northampton, followed by Greg Docherty, with 99 points against Swindon (all his votes were 3 points for coming top). The other noticeable thing, was how hard some posters seem to find it to write a list of three names. If you vote for seven players I'm only ever going to count the first three and if you give the player a daft name and it's not obvious who it is, like 'floppy hair', or 'wonderkid', it's ignored.
So at some stage do you tot up all the points over the season, or are the points just for determining each individual game's winner? (I'm just interested for example re Emmanuel -- surprised he only got one MotM in any case, but would think he got lots of second places early doors.)
They're just done by game and Emmanuel did get several second and third places in the first half of the season.
Top three in order. Only if we saw the games. We knew the drill. Thanks for organising this all season, Lammy. It's been fun. Nice to see the Scottish one with the big engine, the floppy haired, wonderkid Mackem and the one who quite frankly no one knows what the **** he'll do with the ball (but he'll probably shoot) one come in first, second and third.
