Well guys I’ve been around long enough to remember headlines in the YEP of Leeds Bury ‘em after a 6-0 home win with players like Bobby Collins in the team. I’ve been around for Revies team and all the legends and Inter Cities Fair Cups etc. Winning leagues and then FA Cup in 72. I just hate the end of the football season. My saddest day of the year. Always think I should get some money back from Sky as I barely watch during the summer. I know we have the Euros but it just doesn’t give me the same buzz that a Leeds United game brings. Great to hear fans back in the ground.
18 wins 62 goals and 59 points which is the highest total for a newly promoted team since 2000 when Watford did it. We played great football and just about everyone scored except our keepers. Even Phillips scored today too. Come on guys, that was one hell of a first season back in the top flight

Daily Mirror journo saying Bielsa has signed a new deal for one year. I myself believe this twot is gambling because he says it will be announced next week. We all know his brother looks after his contracts so if anything his brother in Argentina will have a copy to go through.hoping the club tell us tomoz that a deal has been agreed in principle and hope to have it signed soon.
I prefer the story earlier in the year that he was looking at a 2 year contract. Prolly not, but here's hoping .... I believe the contract has been on the table for a long while now, & all agreed. We're simply waiting on him signing once the season is finished, and all of his pre-season essentials have been acted on - transfers etc. The usual hold-ups, so I wouldn't hold your breath until the new signings start coming in.
