    Early round of golf. Finished at 8:30, home for brekky.

    Gonna chill for a bit then taking my lad to the park to shoot nerf guns, climb trees then gan for a swim at the outdoor pool

    My decision to work to be fair (money-grabbing contractor doesn't get paid for days off)

    After too much sun yesterday I'm tackling pain striping of the bannister. Got sander and touch to burn off if needed. 6 Mike run approx 6pm when it gets cooler.

    The kids (30, 27 and 25) “popped” round at midday for a couple in the garden yesterday. Still here at 10.15!
    Hangover today, struggling to get shot of it.

    Garden at 6.30 this morning, done whilst cool, chilling after a busy weekend working evenings and all day yesterday at a kids football finals day run by the local FA, god it was hot yesterday, same today glad to be out of the sun if I'm honest.

    Urgh am I alone in not liking funfairs, kids love them and they cost a fortune. Candy is the only thing remotely any good and even then the sugar sends blood sugar sky high.
