    Hypothetically, what would people prefer?

    A mid table PL team who did well in cups with 6 academy players in the first team OR a title chasing team with all foreign players?

    'doing well in the cups' i.e wining one or two every 5-7 years? I'd take that.

    Chasing the dream can cripple a club if you aren't careful.

    Winning the league every year and a load of champions league wins with a team full of Nepalese wart hogs would be better than being **** with local players.
