    I'll be honest I'd never heard of him until the other day. Seems like he's going to be a top signing at this level though going off his pedigree, probably just needs Magic Johnson to get him slightly back on track.

    Welcome aboard, 2 year deal sounds sensible just hope fans give him a chance as others have said know nowt about him so looking forward to seeing him in action.

    TBH you couldn't have said that about Power, Jones or Maguire so this is interesting ...

    An excellent signing for this level. If there was one big thing we were lacking last season, it was creativity. He has that in spades. If the opposition put 2 men on him and 2 on McGeady, that will leave a load of space for others to exploit.

    Two year contract is about right. If he doesn't perform next season, sell him on. If he does recapture his form and take us up, we don't need to replace him in the Championship.

    If the rumours were to be believed his agent was looking for a 3 year contract, yet he has signed a 2 year deal. To me this means :
    1. The club have a position as to the worth of a player and will not change it materially
    2. Pritchard has decided that he would rather join us than another club which may or may not have offered a 3 year contract
    3. The rumours were a load of rubbish and I am talking a load of $h1te

    At this point I am looking at the positives in so far as we appear to have signed a player that could have played at a higher level than us and, if fit, has the ability to continue to play for us to a good standard in a higher league. If so a 2 year deal is good for both sides and can be renegotiated when and if required.

    Five foot seven so a trickle indeed.

    Never heard of him. Looked him up and saw he played 30 games in the premier league two years ago and then only 17 in the championship last year. Weird.

    Fingers crossed he works out. Certainly looks a step up for us.
