The kids wages won't be a problem... Callum Doyle earns £145 per week, £7,540 per year playing for Manchester City as a D (C).
Dunno mate, that's supposedly across the board for every big crowd. The Euros proved that next to no-one will bother with masks. TBH, the biggest drivers will be pubs and transport, bit pointless enforcing it after loads have travelled and been in pubs etc.
The concerned amongst us (not me) should think of it like this:The fullback positions shouldn't take long to learn in our system, and Lichaj is already on trial getting up to speed. If Hume does sign new deal, he's already up to speed. So either younger starts the season whilst Xhemajli gets up to speed, or we get Doyle in to cover (left sided, so like for like). That leaves potentially Galbraith to get up to speed, who by the sounds of it won't be able to leave till early August, but we have Winchester for the first game or two.
We've had since January to start prepping. Our bids should have gone in the day after the semi loss. There are ways of getting people to sell. That's if you have only a certain few on your list and don't have alternatives. Pritchard was described by Huddersfield fans ad their Rodwell. They questioned his desire. If that's not a concern to you then fair enough but I'll be looking on carefully. It's clear he won't be on buttons by the way.
So don't I. I'm speaking of agents and clubs. We're behind our l1 competitors with 3 weeks to go. I hope we've a very productive period in the market in us.
Has to be man. They haven't spent considerable money on recruitment, data analysis, the pitch etc.,not to invest in the squad. That would make no sense.
Yeah, that's a concern. I think I've even mentioned exactly that on this board. I'm still more excited than anything about his arrival, though. I'll ask the same question to you that the other poster couldn't answer. If we have been told our top targets are actually available for us but not until August. What would you do?
Loads of pant pissing over on RTG about Doyle. A kid that City rate highly and likely coming for two years. Don't have an issue with that at all, look at how many other League One clubs managed quality loans last season.
He's being looked at by teams that will be playing in the Europa next season and he'll go for somewhere close to 5 million, I reckon. I think this signing is beyond us.
